professionally helping others since 1987

Deborah Rosasco

Deborah's decision to be of service began in 1987 when she earned the honorable title of becoming the first woman Firefighter EMT for a Southern California Municipal Fire Department. She has been in the profession of helping people for over 25 years.  Over the course of her 12-year Firefighting career, she learned first-hand about motivation, change, adaptation and how to successfully attain your life's passion. She also became a practiced observer of the ways in which she and others moved forward, and how to overcome a variety of challenges in spite of fear or danger.

Following her time as a Firefighter, she pursued a career as a hypnotherapist to help others tap into the power of their mind to assist them in making positive changes. Since 1999 she has helped individuals make changes to improve their lives. She strongly believes that by training and taming the mind, we have a greater power of choice in regard to our moods, actions, thoughts, and prospective. While working in the field of hypnotherapy she became eager to expand upon her skills of facilitating life changes. She discovered the CoachVille School for professional coach training where she received in-depth training and education. In 2003, Deborah found her passion for Life and Couples Coaching.

Over the past 22 years, Deborah has assisted her clients with getting the most out of their life and relationships by drawing on her past experiences and training. Some of that training includes Certificates in Level One and Level Two Clinical Training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy from the world renowned Gottman Institute, Compassionate Communication, Buddhist Psychology, Anger Management Education, and Vision Quest Leader. She is particularly skilled at assisting others change unproductive thoughts and perceptions that get in the way of happiness and fulfillment. Her ideal client is someone who is ready for change and willing to do what it takes.

Currently, Deborah remains dedicated to coaching individuals as well as couples. She assists her clients in making positive changes and gives encouragement to reach for exciting goals and dreams. Through coaching with Deborah, clients are introduced to new resources and a fresh prospective, with ongoing support. She has a true passion for coaching and approaches her work with humor and a down to earth attitude. One of Deborah's missions in life is to make a difference in the lives of others.
